Have very thin 'n lost hair Plz lemme know best QUALITY shampoo 4 hair thickening-retaining black shine-growth

First you need to use professional products. Things sold over the counter are never of top quality. If you want to see for yourself use a cosmetic dictionary and research the contents of what you are using. The best one I have found in my experience is Nioxin which is sold in salons and the easiest place to find is a store like Ulta or something like that. You need the shampoo conditioner and treatment at least they also have a viatamin that is helpful. It works the same way a skin care line would work cleanse condition and treatment.

Tips To Stop Hair Loss %26amp; Keep Healthy Hair Here are some hair care tips that you can use to help stop hair loss and keep your existing hair healthy and looking great. Please don't take these tips lightly. They are very important . The only thing they require is your time and commitment.

- Massage your scalp with your fingertips (not your nails) daily to stimulate and promote circulation to your scalp and reduce excess fallout. Invert your head while you shampoo %26amp; massage your scalp. This helps promote blood circulation to the head.

- Essential oils %26amp; tea . To stimulate scalp circulation, massage the scalp with rosemary essential oil or rinse hair with tea made from sage.

- Comb or brush your hair and scalp gently in the morning and at night. This helps break up hardened oils (sebum) that are clogging your hair follicles. Doing this alone has produced new hair growth. Do not over do combing or brushing.

- keep a distance from dryer's heat. When using blow dryers, always keep the heat a good distance from your scalp and hair. Avoid heating the scalp and hair excessively. Excessive heat will increase hair loss, and excess fallout.

- Avoid getting hair creams, lotions, styling gels and sprays directly on the scalp as they will clog your hair follicles. Use a light hold spray if you must.

- After swimming in a pool, shampoo your hair as soon as possible to remove any chlorine residue. Chlorine is extremely damaging to the hair and scalp.

- Avoid over-exposing your hair and scalp to the wind and sun. Good hair care over a long period really makes a difference!

- Avoid tight hats and caps as they contribute to poor circulation, depriving the hair of proper nutrition and stunting new hair growth. The sweat, dirt and grime around the rim inhibit follicle health and contribute to build-up.

- Always consult your health care provider for extreme causes of excess fallout and thinning. A medical condition or medication could be causing hair loss side-effects.

- Strive for balance and harmony in both your personal and professional lifestyle. High stress factors can cause your body to react by fluctuating hormone levels. This in turn causes excessive oil secretion (sebum) which results in hair loss.

- Pregnancy, nursing, menopause, and even birth control medication can cause constant changing factors on your nutritional needs and hormonal levels which contribute to hair loss and excess fallout.

- Avoid "crash and fad" diets. Proper nutritious meals along with vitamin and mineral supplements are a key factor for healthy hair and skin.

- Good hair care starts with awareness. These hair care tips, if followed consistently, will reduce excess fallout, hair loss, and promote new hair growth.

- Reduce hair loss effects by increasing your intake of vitamin C found in fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruit and juices, parsley, broccoli, green peppers and black currants. Take a vitamin B complex everyday or brewers yeast. Increase your intake of protein found in meat, fish, liver, wheat germ, dried cooked beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs.

- Take dietary supplements such as Vitamin B6, zinc %26amp; saw palmetto. Supplements are useful when you can't get enough from natural food sources.

- The Chinese believe that hair is nourished by the blood, and therefore influenced by the kidney %26amp; liver. Treatment is aimed at these organs using fleece flower root, wolfberry fruit or mulberry fruit.

- Eliminate stress or else it can be disastrous to your precious hair!

- Get enough sleep. Sleeping well is essential for the health of your hair as well as for the rest of your body.

There are ways you can help stop the grease from appearing but you have to work at it.

Do not wash everyday. The cleaner your hair is the more it can seep into your glands and harder it is to get rid of. When you do wash make sure you are washing with a cleaning shampoo and scrubbing the build up off. Take in mind that you also have to have a ph-balanced mild shampoo and lite scrubbing is recommended. Try to avoid conditioner at the roots, apply in the middle or on the ends.

Try to avoid oil in your daily food intake. And do eat more vegetables. You could visit your doctor but only after you check and consider your diet, drugs, alcohol, and your fatty food intake. Let's face it we see what McDonalds can do to your heart in a month, can you image your hair. You would be dripping everywhere.

Maybe it's time to change your shampoo. Ask your stylist what she or he would recommend. Avoid using shine products at all costs. Keep away from two-in-one shampoos and conditioners and any frizz serums.

To fix at the moment, rub a little Talcum Powder on your dried hair at the roots. Just make sure you wash it out. I wish they would event that magic product, but this will help until they do.

9. Too much pressure may lead to hair loss! Relax... try some good relaxation methods such as soaking in a nice scented bath, listening to music, and eating healthy comfort foods such as strawberries and grapes.

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

i used to have thick curly hair and so ooo many ppl straighten their hair and its still thicker. my hair used to be so thick..can i just never straighten my hair again..but everyone does some ppl every single day.....i use leave in conditioner..what should i do

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

Only way to get thick hair again would be to grow it out without any straightening.. Then from there, start using tips and products to keep it thick.

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

If you are not using thermal heat products before straightening you are frying your hair and it is breaking off quit straightening with out a product like canopy by Nexxus or youll never get your hair back in order

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

go natural curly hair is so awesome! dont straighten hair anymore duh... if ur losing ur hair... curly hair more of a model thing anyway...stand out, get noticed

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

i used pantene pro-v full and thick shampoo because my hair was pretty thin too, and it actually made it really thick. I got the really big bottle and used it almost everyday.

like other people said though, lay off straightening, it really is damaging to your hair.

hope i helped!

I straighten my hair now its thin..but everyone straightens ur hair?

well heres my advice

1)NEVER straighten your hair every day.

2) if your hair doesn't get greasy, dont wash your hair everyday, try every 3 days and put baby powder in it so it wont get weird.

3) what kind of straightner do you have? you have to have a ceramic. I think the best is one by CHI.

4) your hair is prob thin now because its too dry. you should try some homemade hair masks

http://www.healthrecipes.com/hair_styles...

there are some ones.

5)dont brush your hair too much, it causes split ends

6) you should find some other hairstyles w/ straigtnig hair.

if you can manage it, curly hair is reallyl pretty

7) you should get a hair cut, because if your hair is falling out alot it means that it isnt healthy, and its too long.

just get a trim for now.

What is a good product to make long thin straight hair look thick and full?

Garneir long and strong after 2 months my ahir grew and looks fuller!

What is a good product to make long thin straight hair look thick and full?

I use Tresemme extra body. shampoo, conditioner, and mousse.

When i want my hair to look fuller i towel dry my hair then put in the mousse, mostly at the roots and blow dry til a little damp (with my head upside down) concentrating again on the roots. Do this before brushing it. Then i pull it into one of those messy bun/ponytail things (again, before brushing) and let if finish drying. Then let the hair down and shake it all out. Adds bounce and fullness. In my experience, brushing tends to flatten my hair so when i want it to look fuller i only finger comb my hair. This technique is great as it not only adds the fullness, it also makes it look like i spent a lot of time on it.

Can a groomers perfume cause a dogs hair to thin in that particular area?

just because it is made for dogs does not mean it is safe for dogs. We have all seen this with the pet food recall.

Your dog's skin is probably being agitated by this spray, so the dog is scratching, etc and loosing hair.Ask the groomer to not use it. Healthy dogs don't smell, especially if they have just been groomed. The perfume is not necessary.

Can a groomers perfume cause a dogs hair to thin in that particular area?

Maybe- if he's allergic to it he might be scratching that area. If in doubt ask the groomer to skip it a couple of times and see if there is any improvement.

Can a groomers perfume cause a dogs hair to thin in that particular area?

it can get aerated, but not sure if it's a thining thing

Can a groomers perfume cause a dogs hair to thin in that particular area?

NO. It is canine perfume %26amp; won't harm your dog. The dogs themselves don't like it but is for our own pleasure that it is used.

Some dogs, as soon as they get home, will try to rub it off by wallering on the floor or your bed.

You can request that the perfume not be used on your dog.

Can a groomers perfume cause a dogs hair to thin in that particular area?

It can cause your dog to scratch and rub that particular area repeatedly and make it thin out. Some dogs can be allergic and/or hate the smell so they try to rub it off furiously irritating the area.

HELP!! My daughter just turned 4 and her hair is so thin and short?? Is there anything I can do naturally??

Look dont worry about it. Everyones hair is different.

My first daughter toook forever to get hair. She had very very fine hair and was about 2 when it grew longer. Now she is 6 and her hair is reallly really thick and wavy.

My second daughter is the same, she is 4 now and her hair is still very fine. It has grown longer but doesnt really grow very fast. But I think she will have my hair, which is very fine and takes forever to grow.

My MIL suggested I shave their heads to get the hair to grow back thicker and whatever. But I dont agree with that. So I've just let their hair grow at its own pace.

So just let her hair do its thing. But if you are concerned go and speak to her Dr. He may have more incite than anyone on here.

HELP!! My daughter just turned 4 and her hair is so thin and short?? Is there anything I can do naturally??

feed here peant pan pent butter my mom said it make hair grow if not it will make it grow on her chest.

HELP!! My daughter just turned 4 and her hair is so thin and short?? Is there anything I can do naturally??

I don't think there is anything medically you would want to do to make her hair grow. I had the thinnest whitest hair when I was little- my mom had to put sunscreen in my hair because my scalp would burn. Now my hair is sooo thick (%26lt;---and red now, lol) I have to get it thinned out. Just be patient and keep the ends healthy and trimmed. Maybe try some conditioner like Pantene- that is healthy. Side note- it is pretty darn common for caucasians to have thin hair when young, part of the heritage.
