What's the best hair dryer for fine thin slippery wavy hair that tends to fuzz easily?

I know hairdryers are bad, but I have to use one with my baby fine silky hair that's wavy and fuzzes easily in humidity. My hair is BABY fine and FAR from dry, so my stylist says to use a dryer because she tells those that have DRY hair not to wash so often or use a dryer so much. So, are hairdryers really so different? I'll buy whatever. I just want one that does the least damage yet fluffs baby fine hair well. Are the greater watts ones more damaging than like the 1300 watts ones? Are ionic ones really best? Hairstylists please help out if you know. Thanks.

One that has an ionizer. Also, you should try a heat activated conditioner, or an anti-frizz serum before drying your hair.
