i used tohaircolor frequently and also i used bleaching many times i guess but after usng heena my hair is dead like it doesnt have the same strength and thickness..plz advice me do u know any medicines or anything which make my hair come back again?

If you want hair to grow faster and stronger, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin

Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. There's no magical hair fixing medicine, unfortunately. ;) The best thing you can do for it now is to condition it daily and use a deep conditioner once or twice a week, depending on how oily your hair gets. Just remember to only apply it to the tips (ends) of the hair, not the roots. A good trick to know where to put it is to pretend ur putting it up in a ponytail (actually do this w/your hands, just don't tie it). Put conditioner on whatever hair that's in the end of the ponytail.

For the meantime, don't color, bleach, or use heat styling tools on your hair. This will only damage it more, and might cause major breakage! Good luck :)

You could try hair mayonnaise. My Mom colors her hair almost every month, as well as perms and constant heat damage due to her curling irons or flat-irons. She uses a hair-mayonnaise product. It's pretty much a conditioner that's veeeery very dense and thick, much thicker than a gel. If you add an egg yolk or two to it, it's ready to be used. My Mom says it works pretty well.

there could of been a chemical reaction with the henna over the bleached hair. depending on the henna..but there is a lot of "fake" ones out there. if you do have a henna you have to wait for your hair to grow out before coloring because your hair could smoke and have an even worse reaction. sometimes when finer hair types go darker it may appear to look finer and sometimes feel finer because bleach will thicken the hair strand up more and have the illusion of more hair. for in the mean time with your "dehydrated" hair, take care of it with professional products that are designed for damaged hair (ex. Aveda's damage remedy) and use a light leave in conditioner and easy on the hair styling(ex. exessive blowdrying and hairstraightening)

deep conditioners once a week will defiantly improve your hair. It sounds like your hair needs protein if it's so weak that it's breaking. You can try Redken's rescue force to get the protein you need and it wont dry it out. Also trim every 6 weeks.
