I lose about 30 or so hairs every time I wash it. I started to notice it was thinner in November. It just has been worrying me lately, and I just want to know whats causing it. I also want to know that I am not going to lose it all. What could be causing this? Should I worry? I am only 25! :(

get your thyroid checked, could also be stress, hair treatments, or vitamin deficiencies. seek professional help. is your hair more brittle? weight gain or loss recently? these are things your dr will want to know.
